School Events

The 72nd  Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on Wednesday, the 15th  August 2018.  The school band warmly welcomed the Chief Guest Smt. Juhi Aggarwal, Deputy Director of Education-South East, Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and other noted academicians. The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag followed by beautifully synchronized March Past, and Drill followed by the release of the colourful balloons.
The integrated cultural programme, n amalgam of various foot tapping patriotic songs, speech, dances, mime, and skits boosting the spirit of patriotism was presented by the students along with CWSN.
 Smt. Juhi Aggarwal addressed the students, staff, and parents on this occasion and emphasized to be united for the development of our great country. She urged to maintain Swachh Bharat Mission, Security of Students in School, Patriotism, and respect for Indian values.   The programme concluded with ‘National Anthem’.

Workshop for Pre-Primary Teachers

A three-day workshop was conducted for the Early Childhood faculty wherein pedagogical approaches to enhance the reading and speaking  skills of the students were discussed.   The teachers finally gave presentations on various language games to introduce the phonic sounds.

Hindi Diwas Celebration

Hindi Diwas was celebrated on 14th September with great enthusiasm by all sections in our school. Shri Ram Avtar Berwa, Programme Director All India Radio graced the occasion as the Hon’ble Chief Guest and Group Capt. (Retd.)Bahri as the Hon’ble Guest of Honour.



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Earth Camp Mission

Students learnt how EarthKAM (Earth Knowledge Acquiring Mission) is operated by the University of California, San Diego, and NASA field centers. It’s a NASA funded program initiated by Sally Ride, the first female American astronaut ever. Students were involved in acquiring images through an automated camera placed on board International Space Station, orbiting 220 miles above the earth at a speed of 38,000 KMPH The students were allowed to conduct research from the ISS (International Space Station) by using the Internet and digital camera that is mounted on the Space station lab window.
